MindWare Educational Seminars
MindWare Educational Seminars (MES) provides continuing dental education (CDE) conferences and operates as a partner with Garth Allen Markstead Travel (GAMT), a Quebec licensed and bonded travel agent, to provide the travel portion of these conferences. Please note the important information below as it pertains to all travel offered.
For all MES CDE conferences:
1. Reservations must be made through MindWare Educational Seminars to be
eligible for the conference and special group programs and pricing.
2. MindWare reserves the right to cancel any conference if a minimum number of
15 dentists have not subscribed by the final payment date.
Liability: Garth Allen Marksted Travel (GAMT) will not assume responsibility for
any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of personal injury, accidents
or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, or delay, inconvenience,
loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical
or mental resulting from any of the following: sickness, theft, labour disputes,
mechanical breakdown, quarantine, government actions, weather, your failure to obtain
the documentation required for your trip such as visas, check-
Trip Insurance: An RBC insurance that covers cruise cancellation, life, accident
& lost or delayed baggage and delivery expenses for this vacation package is included
in the price. Canadian citizens may add a full medical protection plan for a nominal
amount. The RBC cancellation insurance is valid for all persons who have been medically
stable for 90 days prior to purchase date of this conference cruise. Anyone with

Cancellation Penalties: These penalties apply only to cruise portion of a trip. The

From registration date with GAMT to 70 days prior to departure date, $150 administration fee; From 69 to 14 days prior to departure date: $150 administration fee + cruise line penalties; Less than 14 days prior to departure date: $150 administration fee + 100% of reservation fare*; If RBC cancellation insurance has been purchased, the full amount may be claimed according to RBC Insurance practices. *Reservation fare per person is defined as the cost of any cruise or land segment purchased from Garth Allen Marksted Travel. Air tickets are subject to the corresponding airline rules for cancellation.
