Dr. Michel Champagne is the co-founder with Dr. Jean Noël Lavallée of the International Dental Institute of Montreal, where he is the director of the orthodontic program.  He is a frequent lecturer and continues to present in many countries including Canada, the Unites States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Spain, France, the Philippines & India.  

 

He is the author of more than 30 articles in mainstream dental journals and collaborated in 2009 with the journal “The Indian Dentist” where he published a series of 6 articles in orthodontics.  He is the co-author with Drs. Delaire and Patti of “The Treatment of Class II Malocclusions” published in the Fall of 2009 by Qunitescence.  Dr. Champagne is the Editor of the International Journal of Orthodontics.

 

Dr. Champagne graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine at the University of Montreal  in 1974.  He joined a group practice in Drummondville in 1974 and interested in orthodontics early in his practice, he became a member of the International Association of Orthodontics (IAO) and became a Senior Instructor of the IAO in 1985.  He obtained his Diplomat of the International Board of Orthodontics (IBO) in 1990 and his Master of the Academy of General Dentistry in 1998.
